    Social-Emotional Learning Coach

    • Lead schoolwide SEL strategy aligned to the CASEL 5 competencies, K–6.
    • Coach classroom teachers on regulation routines, restorative practices, and Tier 1 SEL instruction.
    • Facilitate small groups and individual check-ins for students needing Tier 2 support.

    • Taught upper elementary while leading the building's SEL committee.
    • Piloted morning meeting and closing circle routines later adopted schoolwide.
